hihi, i've been figuring out my emulators for a bit and wanted to try to play some guitar hero, but im running into the problem of my old X-Plorer not showing up in emulator controller lists (pcsx2, xemu)
after searching around on google trying to find an explanation, i ran:
sudo dmesg -Wand plugged in the X-Plorer, then unplugged and plugged back in my xbox one controller
with the results:

this is in the newbie corner because, im a newbie, so go easy on me i've been on arch linux for only a couple of weeks

The issue is that the Xbox 360 X-Plorer wasn’t recognized because the xpad kernel module wasn’t loaded. Load it using:
sudo modprobe xpad
After that, the controller should register as a gamepad in emulators like PCSX2 or Xemu. No additional configuration is needed if lsusb already shows the device.
