I switched from nvidia-lts to nvidia-open-lts, but there was a problem. When I reboot, I see GRUB and then the MSI logo, but that's all. Nothing further happens. What do I need to do in TTY?
What information should I provide to resolve the issue?

Is your GPU supported by nvidia-open (Turing or newer)?
If not, you'll have to use https://aur.archlinux.org/packages/nvidia-580xx-dkms
To get access to the system, only boot the multi-user.target (2nd link below) in doubt along "nomodeset"

I have an NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4060 Ti.
As I understand, in GRUB I need to press "e" and add systemd.unit=multi-user.target after the linux ... line.
I did that, and I can now see the boot process. I am currently in tty1.

Please post your complete system journal for the boot:
sudo journalctl -b | curl -F 'file=@-' 0x0.stOffline
