I have a genuine PS3 controller that I have successfully used with bluetooth before, but now it won't pair again. It still works when connected by USB normally. I have hid-sony, bluez, bluez-utils and bluez-plugins installed. Pressing the PS button when the controller is not connected via USB doesn't automatically pair it. According to the Arch wiki, I need to have bluetoothctl running and connect my controller via USB for a prompt to appear. The first time I have done this everything was that way, but now the prompt doesn't show up even after resetting the controller, and pairing or connecting it with usual bluetooth commands fail without a meaningful error code.
Error when using standard bluetooth pairing: "The setup of PLAYSTATION(R)3 Controller has failed"
Error when using bluetoothctl connect: "Failed to connect: org.bluez.Error.Failed br-connection-create-socket"
Error when using bluetoothctl pair: "Failed to pair: org.bluez.Error.ConnectionAttemptFailed"
