USB key not showing in the mounting section of the gnome file manager

Hello, I have a problem with my nautilus which is that when I mount my USB key or my NTFS partition shared between windows and Linux, I cannot see them in the section of mounted things and I have a popup that's says "Operation was cancelled", but I can still access them going in /run/media/username/. Pls help me.

What happens and what errors (if any) are printed, when you try to mount it manually?

Re: USB key not showing in the mounting section of the gnome file manager

mounting them with udisksctl works perfectly fine. But on nautilus, I actually see the Usb for a brief second but it doesn't show after that. And for my shared partition, it asks me for my user password and then it says : Unable to access "Shared" (Operation was cancelled). But I can still access them both in the /run/media/username directory.
