"repair" /sbin

So I moved my Arch Linux install from partition to another using

cp -av / /mnt/drive

, don't ask...I followed some advice from this forum, and it worked, except that now my /sbin is empty. I dont know how this happened. But, is there a way to fix this or "repair" it. my /usr/sbin is not empty if you needed to know. I REALLY don't want to reinstall.

Thanks,
Julian D.
