Display Glitch KDE Plasma, Gnome

There is only one output here, the issue is across GNOME, and KDE Plasma (Wayland Session).
The display will randomly show a frame of another current opened application.
We cannot figure out from reading the Wiki or Forum, this could be from bad research (Key words used).
The cable is attached to the GPU and is not loose. We have installed the latest AMD drivers.
This is not the first time we noticed the issue, it happened before today.
It only happened while on the desktop using other apps, not specifically while pressing super (e.g in GNOME) or switching apps.

So what you're saying is that you have multiple monitors but that only one of them shows anything?

Probably not, sounds like an old buffer bleed in, but I assume we'll all benefit from the OP using https://deepl.com/ and also please post your complete system journal for the boot:

sudo journalctl -b | curl -F 'file=@-' 0x0.st

Random guesstimate PSR issues, but yes a journal would be nice
