My laptop is ASUS FX608LM,with a Realtek 8852CE firmware.My Wifi (rtw89) works fine, but Bluetooth cannot find any devices, ,it cannot scan any devices or the adapter is not initialized properly,and I had tried many times to fix it but in vain.

use code tags when displaying output, sending your full journal instead of sending logs of one service would be better in this situation:
journalctl -b | curl -F file=@- 0x0.stanother thing to check would be if its blocked by rfkill

might as well try the lts kernel, those journal logs really dont say anything, also try disabling blueman-applet maybe a conflict of some kind.. im not really sure

I had the exactly same problem, and solved it in nixos by adding a kernel patch. I am not sure about how to do it in arch, but if you want you can ask in Lemmy or Reddit for specifics. I will leave the important links here
