TWS doesnts provide audio output without WIFI

Hi,

Today I got a HOCO EQ24 Earbud, the thing I noticed is that the doesn't provides audio output without WIFI turned on
or neither it connects without WIFI. To ensure if it's a hardware issue of the earbuds or a arch issue.
I connected the earbuds with my mobile. it worked fine. it worked without any need of WIFI connection to provide audio output.

Now how do I fix this?

How are you "disabling wifi" and how sure you that whatever button you are pressing that "disables wifi" doesn't also disable BT? Generally speaking on most laptops/consumer hardware do actually implement BT on the same card that provides wifi, so if "disable wifi" means you are unloading your wifi kernel module or pressing a relevant radio killswitch on your laptop then that is very much expected.

What system is this exactly?

During such a situation what's your output for

rfkill list
sudo journalctl -b | curl -F 'file=@-' 0x0.st

Well because I use KDE and I am talking out of what the DE showing me...
It's HP 250 G4 4GB notebook

And the output of rfkill list? FWIW I can't reproduce this (... on iwlwifi), but I wouldn't put this past some bug in the rtl8723be module, sadly these are generally not quite known for their reliability and stability.

Next to the rfkill output try to disable PM for the chip,

rtl8723be.ips=0 rtl8723be.swlps=1 rtl8723be.fwlps=0 rtl8723be.aspm=0

We've not seen the rfkill output - but the devices might just have one power source, ie. disabling one implies disabling the other.
In that case

without WIFI turned on or neither it connects without WIFI

what's the problem w/ simply not rfkilling wifi?

About the problem - there is no problem

regardless of anything I have to get the a Bluetooth adapter, cause the laptop Bluetooth chip is 4.0 and it's pretty weak, it stutters while providing audio even with wifi.
And my TWS is 5.4 version.
