PolyBar not working on i3wm

(I dont know whether its the right place for the topic if not recommend the right one.)

So i saw a very cool polybar theme , and wanted it to be mine :

I needed the simple one , so i backed up my polybar config and pasted the contents of Simple/ into my /.config/polybar. where also i3 execute it in i3 config. but it dont seems to be working .. tried making .sh executable , installing the mentioned fonts in the config.ini but no luck ( this can be still a fonts issue.)

I'm a kinda well new to linux, maybe i am making any silly mistake ? maybe material fonts or any compositing which well  i dont use picom ?

Any help is appreciated.

Hello. Can you print the logs you get when running polybar from a terminal ? (use code tags for better readability pls)

In your i3 config, did you add a line to execute polybar and comment out the i3 default bar and did it work before you added the theme?
