And what exactly does pacman -Qe do?
It lists almost everything in my pc, not only orphans

Thus, it's listing any package you've installed manually.

What kind of system are you running Xilon, with only 350 pkgs?

A minimal one
DWM (still testing, I like it. Openbox is installed too), GTK, no gnome/kde apps at all, thunar, xarchiver... not many apps really. I'm mostly converting to cli now, I rarely even use the file manager anymore...

I could probably strip it down even more, and still have it very functional

Not minimal, but I recently removed all unnecessary packages. Xfce only, no KDE/Gnome packages.
