problem of internet and bluetooth driver ath9k

so hello im new to arch not literary new but 164 days new and im having this issue since when i installed arch so the issue is with my wifi so when i turn on my laptop it took lot of activating and deactivating to connect to wifi also whenever i try to connect to bluetooth my laptop randomly start laggin and lost connection of wifi i even tried this to disable power management options by using ath9k ps_enable=0 nohwcrypt=1 but still nothing works i even tried lts version of arch i know my driver is quite old and it might not have the support it needs but still i would like your guys opinion on this topic and how to solve it
