Strange new World

Hi

Strange kinda test to see if I am "human".

What is the output of "date -u +%V$(uname)|sha1sum|sed 's/\W//g'"?

I ran it in Linux Mint rather than Windows 11, and I think I passed.

But the install method does have me beat.

TIA for those who help me.

Re: Strange new World

One is supposed to run it on Arch Linux.

Nothing strange about the method. If you see it as such, perhaps some of your assumptions are wrong?

What is the actual question? Hard to tell, and even thread’s title is not indicating what are its contents.

Re: Strange new World

It's not meant to see if you are human, but rather if you are using arch linux. They want you to have arch installed so that you can participate in the forum.

Here is the wiki installation guide.

What part are you stuck at?

Look at:

man date
man sha1sum
man sed

Then it will make sense.
