Yes!
SOunds like your first update.
Just let it do its' thing, and read any output and take note of warnings.
If you are installing 0.7.2 and updating for the first time, you will have to edit your grub/menu.lst
initrd.img should be changed to kernel26.img

the problem is that there is too much output and i have lucky that i see the warning on kernel26.img
there is any ways to save all the output or somthing?

now after i update the system, what should i to do? install xorg?

If you are doing a fresh install you might be better off installing from the 0.8 beta iso Many things have changed from 0.7.2
