Ghostwriter Live Preview fails to render MathJax (Pandoc)

I am trying to get LaTeX math rendering working in Ghostwriter using Pandoc as the processor, but the Live Preview is not rendering the equations.

When I type inline math like $m^2$ , the Live Preview displays it as`\(m^2\) (LaTeX delimiters) rather than rendering the actual math. It seems Pandoc is correctly identifying the math and converting it, but the Previewer (QtWebEngine) isn't loading or executing the MathJax script to display it.

System Info:
- Session: Wayland
- Compositor: River
- Packages: ghostwriter 25.12.2-1, pandoc-cli 3.5-7, mathjax 4.1.0-1, qt6-webengine 6.10.2-1
