Did someone try avant dock?

Did someone here try avant dock on Arch? If yes, is it stable?

Re: Did someone try avant dock?

I found it stable, i didn't keep it because with dual monitors, it sets in the middle of the two screens.

Re: Did someone try avant dock?

To those of you getting segmentation faults, here's a quote from the author's blog:

6) I you are getting a segfault, this is a problem with schema installation, and can be overcome by entering the 'data' directory (after make install), and executing:

$  gconftool-2 --install-schema-file=avant-window-navigator.schemas

Make sure you use the correct path to the avant-window-navigator.schemas file.

AFAIK, this should be done in the post_install...

This is what I did... And it's still not working.
After make && make install I did the gconf-2 .... Generating the schemas files.

Re: Did someone try avant dock?

There are packages for stable and svn in the AUR. Try those yet?
