so, recently, I installed arch as dual-boot to my windows 10. the only thing that keeps me from formatting ssd with win10 is adobe products. i tried a several install methods, tried installing ps2020 from github CSMarcitus script, even copied installation that worked on win10 to arch – but to no avail. I'm able to install Photoshop, but when I try to run it with wine, it goes past the adobe splash screen loading, but results in plain white screen after that. graphics card (gtx970) works fine. I use kde wayland. what do I do to get photoshop running on Arch (apart from obvious "try run it on vm")?

There is a fork of Proton that improves compatibility with Adobe installers, although it is not in Arch repositories or in the AUR, so you have to compile it with make. It only patches Wine/Proton, not Adobe software itself. As always, make sure you comply with Adobe’s license terms and use a valid license.
