Switching graphics cards on laptop

I'm on an ASUS tuf dash f15 and it has the ability to use the CPU's integrated graphics and it has a dedicated one as well. I'm wondering if there's a way to see which one I'm using and if I can switch. If not, is there an OS other than windows that I can accomplish this on?
