My current desktop environment is KDE. After I followed the method on the wiki to force the KDE desktop environment Arch Linux Wiki , OBS Studio was able to record the desktop environment normally. However, every time I boot up, my KDE desktop environment would report the following error.

I can't remember exactly which update caused it. Now that I have some time, I can finally discuss this problem.

You could delete the contents of $HOME/.config/xdg-desktop-portal/ and also $HOME/.cache/xdg-desktop-portal/.
I should have checked the forum a few days ago, as I had the same problem until then.
You could also test obs with another user first, and it should run without any problems.
