Can't install kde plasma

I installed Arch on my main desktop, using the arch-install script. I am dual booting windows 11 on a intel core i5 10th gen with gtx 1660ti.  I wanted to intsall KDE as my Desktop Environment and tried it several times but the installation failed. then i tried installing budgie as my DE and went flawless and the installation completed.

After the installation, i just installed KDE the uninstalled budgie. it is all good now. I was just wondering what could be the problem? Can anyone shed some light on this matter? I just want to share this, I am newbie. Thanks!

Re: Can't install kde plasma

@OP please remember to mark the thread as solved when your original issue is resolved, and please don't paraphrase, without the original error we can't know why the KDE installation failed the first time...
Anyways, glad KDE is working now smile
