Missing section in man pages

Yesterday I discovered that despite the fact that I have the packages installed and basically everything works fine section 1p is missing.
So when I type the command man read, a completely blank page appears in front of me.
The following message appears in the terminal:

 man: command exited with status 127: (cd /usr/share/man && /usr/lib/man-db/zsoelim) | (cd /usr/share/man && preconv -e UTF-8) | (cd /usr/share/man && tbl) | (cd /usr/share/man && neqn -Tutf8) | (cd /usr/share/man && nroff -mandoc -rLL=207n -rLT=207n -Tutf8)

result of the command pacman -Qs man:

 local/man-db 2.13.1-1
    A utility for reading man pages
local/man-pages 6.17-1
    Linux man pages

My question is: is the posix section important? And if not, how can I make man open another section first (for example, the c library function)?
because man 2 read works fine
