Except back in August I got a free Lenovo laptop that's ridiculously good for being free and has run Arch exclusively almost since I got it. I use it for basically everything I use my PC for as well as school assignments.
As for why I ended up on Arch-- well that's pretty simple. It's so I can say "I use Arch BTW". That and pacman is the best package manager I've used.
