Yeeees, it looks like a packaging bug, but AFAICS that shouldn't affect you since you have the testing repos enabled.
https://archlinux.org/packages/extra-te … 6_64/babl/ needs to move to [extra], or gegl in [extra] needs the soname dependency reverted.

Presumably the additional dependency will be moved from extra/testing to extra before long and then won't be an issue.
Edit: babl has now been updated too so the issue is resolved.
