Cannot resolve "python-plotly<6"

cannot resolve "python-plotly<6", a dependency of "python-poliastro"

I have plotly 6.6.0-1 installed with pacman.

I've git-cloned the python-poliastro link here https://aur.archlinux.org/python-poliastro.git and ran "makepkg -si".

All of the other dependencies are installed.

I think this may be an issue with python-plotly here: https://archlinux.org/packages/?q=python-plotly. It was updated 6 days ago.

Re: Cannot resolve "python-plotly<6"

https://aur.archlinux.org/packages/python-poliastro needs to update and/or shift its dependency to an unversioned package or provide python-plotly5 in the AUR.
You can try this by locally editing the PGKBUILD and/or comment problem/solution on the AUR page.

Sidebar: https://github.com/poliastro/poliastro/issues/1640 might go bitrot.

Disliking systemd intensely, but not satisfied with alternatives so focusing on taming systemd.

clean chroot building not flexible enough ?
Try clean chroot manager by graysky
