only nvidia-open-dkms in archinstall, is nvidia-open-dkms better?

it only install dkms to simpelfy installation logic for multiple kernels.

and it the same modules anyway.

but for a standard kernel, nvidia-open has less jobs to do than nvidia-open-dkms when upgrading

Don't use archinstall?
You can easily install whatever package is in the repos then.
Incidentally, please report your thread to be moved to the archinstall board, this isn't a generic installation problem at all.
