Pressing control H not showing hidden folders.

I reinstalled arch linux today, put my user as a user with root permission, but the hotkey for hidden folders is not working. I used luks encryption for the first time. Thats  the only variable making this different from previous install that let me see hidden folder.

What filemanager are you talking about?

Ctrl + H is at least used by GNOME's Files (package nautilus) to (un)hide files and directories.

Ctrl+H is also used by Dolphin (KDE).
