Unable to pair my headphones

Hello, i'm having trouble pairing by WH-1000XM5's to my laptops built-in Bluetooth adapter (Realtek). I've been trying for a while to pair it.  When i pair it on the terminal/settings page, it says paired on the page. When these headphones are paired they say something along the lines of "Paired to the device".
I have checked that these do pair with my nano antenna on my desktop (also runs arch). I have tried to use the nano antenna on my laptop, with it not working.

No, this is running arch only.
