Question about OLD (?) foomatic

Personally I use foomatic-db 3.1-1.

But what is foomatic 2.0.3-2? Anybody use it? It really works? It conflicts
with foomatic-db. It seems ancient. It built in april 2004.

Maybe old package, forgotten to delete?
