As with any AUR package, you should read the PKGBUILDs. The yacreader package builds from source, while yacreader-bin repackages a pre-compiled archive.

Packages which name ends with -bin use binaries created by others and repackage them for archlinux.
One of the reasons for -bin packages is that build time and memory needs may be very high on user systems .
For these packages specifically :
Yacreader builds from upstream source against qt6 .
Yacreader-bin repackages a rpm from fedora that runs on qt5 .
Choosing between them is mostly a personal decision.
Do you mind having qt5 on your system ?
Is your system powerful enough to build yacreader from source in a reasonable time ?
If you answer is no to both, use the -bin .
Disliking systemd intensely, but not satisfied with alternatives so focusing on taming systemd.
clean chroot building not flexible enough ?
Try clean chroot manager by graysky

I installed yacreader-bin because it was faster. I tried first yacreader but i lost patience waiting for the installation to finish and cancel it.

it was hardly the actual installation - but the building from source ... which then gets stuffed into a packet just to get extracted again right afterwards which doesn't take much time
