GitLab Account Verification

Hello there,

I created an account on https://accounts.archlinux.org on 17th March 2026 and received an automatic email response from the gitlab support bot regarding the account verification the same day. Because my account isn't verified till now I wrote an email reminder on 8th May 2026 asking if my email was overlooked and if I should give more context on why I want to register. I sent that reminder email to accountsupport@archlinux.org and then realized I should have replied on the automatic sent gitlab support bot email. Then I did that too.

Does somebody know if the amount of time I wait for the verification is normal compared to others? Does somebody know if I should do something else to get verified?

The reason I want to have an account is that I want to contribute to the pacman project on gitlab. I have a patch that I would like to discuss on the gitlab issues.
