Run lsmod, is the i2c/modules loaded? also pinctrl_amd loaded?
also in dmesg, do you see timed out or failed to reset or errors smtg like that?
since it's not being detected at all, first try BIOS reset; it's basically, unplug the power source; then hold power button for ~40 or more seconds, and boot, and better then, please post full journal of the system
sudo journalctl -b | curl -s -H "Accept: application/json, */*" --upload-file - 'https://paste.c-net.org/'Edit:
also please use #code tags and edit your post in regard https://bbs.archlinux.org/help.php#bbcode

There is a way I know of to read any input devices readings to your screen by using the "cat" command to read those said devices..
so pay attention to /dev/input* and run it on each device in /dev
for example my laptop has a device in /dev/input called "mice" (/dev/input/mice)
if I run "cat /dev/input/mice" and move my trackpad around it shows character output to that terminal....
try looking around your dev/input directory and let me know what you may find out for yourself.
I may be able to help you further on this.
UPDATE:
I just googled something for you.. here was the output from it's AI result:
To output all mouse devices in Linux, use the xinput list command for GUI-based systems, or cat /proc/bus/input/devices to list all input hardware including mice, trackpads, and USB devices. For a specific USB listing, use lsusb, or evtest to show event handlers.Best Commands to List Mouse Devices:xinput list --name-only`: Lists all input devices, highlighting mice and touchpads in a readable format.cat /proc/bus/input/devices: Provides a detailed, raw list of all input devices, allowing you to scan for H: Handlers=...mouse... lines.lsusb: Lists all USB devices, which often includes wired and wireless mouse receivers.evtest: A tool to monitor input events, which lists all available /dev/input/event* devices. If you are using a specialized gaming mouse and need to configure it, you may need to use libratbag or piper to see detailed information.
use xinput list and see if your trackpad is showing, if not, it's a low level problem like a missing kernel module... amongst other things I can't think of right now because I'm tired I think that google result should help you..

You can just use evtest.
i2c_hid.acpi_osi=

May 11 02:45:12 archlinux kernel: i2c_hid: unknown parameter 'acpi_osi' ignored
What's that supposed to be?
May 11 02:45:12 archlinux kernel: i8042: PNP: No PS/2 controller found.Sketchy.
May 11 02:45:12 archlinux kernel: nvme0n1: p1 p2 p3 p4 p5Is there a parallel windows installation?
In case see the 3rd link below. Mandatory.
Disable it (it's NOT the BIOS setting!) and reboot windows and linux twice for voodo reasons.
Apparently the device has a touchpad toggle on Fn+F10
The internal keyboard works?
If there's no parallel windows, does the touchpad work on some live distro like https://grml.org ?
Offline
evtest didnt find touchpad, i have dualboot windows yes, i disabled fast-start no help, grml didnt work, yes
Offline
The touchpad works on windows?
Did you try the keyboard toggle?
Offline
On windows touchpad works fine, keyboard toggle does nothing.
Offline
What happens if you actually feign some windows version?
acpi_osi=! acpi_osi="Windows 2015"Offline
I tried Windows 2015, it didnt boot. Then i tried other versions, it booted but touchpad still doesnt work.
root=PARTUUID=49ea9039-0870-41f2-a98d-3ea5d2eef727 zswap.enabled=0 rootflags=subvol=@ rw rootfstype=btrfs i2c_hid.acpi_osi= amd_iommu=off acpi_osi=! acpi_osi="Windows 2009" acpi_osi="Windows 2012" acpi_osi="Windows 2013" acpi_osi="Windows 2015"Offline
"i2c_hid.acpi_osi=" is complete nonsense, remove that.
Then try 'acpi_osi=! acpi_osi="Windows 2022"', you cannot reasonably just pile those on each other and fake every windows version at the same time.
Are there any settings related to the touchpad in the bios?
Also please edit your first post and wrap the libinput output in code tags to limit the scrollbar on this thread, thanks.

I tried windows 2022 and it didnt work. In bios there are no touchpad settings.

Please post an updated journal for the 2022 OSI
Does "i8042.nomux=1" help?
Does
modprobe -r i2c-hid-acpi; sleep 5; modprobe i2c-hid-acpibring up the touchpad (from bugs reported on other ASUS laptops)
