Display and Keyboard backlight flickering and Wifi dropout

Issue

Random flickering (both eDP and backlight), keyboard becoming unresponsive and WiFi switching off.

Issue occurs on both GRUB and Windows dual boot.
Started few weeks ago and persists after BIOS update.

System

Laptop:     Victus by HP Gaming Laptop 16-s0xxx / 8BD5
BIOS:       F.31 (11/20/2025)
CPU:        AMD Ryzen 7 7840HS w/ Radeon 780M Graphics
iGPU:       Advanced Micro Devices, Inc. [AMD/ATI] Phoenix1 (rev c2)

Assumption

Journalctl shows that the lid is opening and closing rapidly and I found a few posts mentioning a failing hall sensor for my laptop model which causes the lid closing glitch. Journalctl Log

Things I have tried

Kernel params:

nvidia-drm.modeset=1

/etc/modprobe.d/nvidia.conf:

options nvidia-drm modeset=1
options nvidia NVreg_EnableGpuFirmware=0
options nvidia NVreg_DynamicPowerManagement=0x01

mkinitcpio.conf:

MODULES=(amdgpu nvidia nvidia_modeset nvidia_uvm nvidia_drm)

Disabled all lid actions in /etc/systemd/logind.conf:

HandleLidSwitch=ignore
HandleLidSwitchExternalPower=ignore
HandleLidSwitchDocked=ignore
