i did 2 fresh installs and it still persists not sure why, i turned off my onboard bluetooth and used a pcie bluetooth and wifi device and it worked for a while then after a reboot it did the same thing so i did a fresh install and it seems to still be doing the same thing.

it still doesn't work after that so i tried something, installed windows again on a different drive an connected the bt speaker to extract the bt key and added to linux and it work right now, gonna restart again and give it a few minutes of playtime to see what happens
