Is there any message why this happened? I cannot find any mentioning.

That normally happens this silently when it gets picked into the repos

Indeed! Thanks. It doesn't show up in my local search, seems to be a delay.
Furthermore, the intel-lpmd package I maintained did remain in AUR despite being pulled into main repos, so I was surprised.

I do think that's an oversight, your package should've been deleted when it was migrated to the repos

You could contact the package maintainer who pulled it in directly to alert them of the oversight.
Filing a deletion request for aur intel-lpmd yourself is also an option.
