Im making these hyprland configs for arch and my friend is not the best is there enyone out there that knows how to make so I can update my friends configs using some kinda button that pops up at updates

if you use arch as base for your own distro you have to know what you do/did - we don't and hence can't help you

well - the difference is: are you just use vanilla arch as provided - or do you (plan to) make your own alterations to default configs and packages and provide your own builds?
if the first option: then it's ok here
for the second: we don't know what you plan to do / did so we're just unable to help with your own changes

It has been a bit of a recurring theme on the forums that 'helping' friends and family by configuring and maintaining a system for them is actually a disservice.
If you really want to do this, set their system up so you can reach it with ssh so you can log in and maintain it.

if you do setup ssh make sure you enforce public key authentication and use a random high number port
