So I found This thread on the teamspeak forum which talked about the v3 client using qt5. I tried installing "qt5-base" through pacman, and even tough it said that it was already installed, reinstalling the package seems to have fixed the issue.

Nevermind, the actual problem was simply that that I was in a discord call. The program only launches when I'm not in a discord voice call.

i doubt that this is TS' fault as i never had issues running ts, steam and others simultaneous without any of them having such issues
ts dump-crashing is merely the symptom caused by something else
what discord client do you use EXACTLY? all repo? aur? snap/flat? if another active voice is causing the crash then that other application doesn't properly implement audio stuff correcly which should be raised as an issue to the devs

I am using vesktop from aur, version 1.6.5-1.

check upstream: https://github.com/Vencord/Vesktop/issues - or open one yourself
but:
Electron-based
this stuff is known to cause troublesor have issues itself
try some other non-electron-based client - like in-browser with chromium or firefox (the vanilla base versions - not some fork)

I'm going to keep using vesktop since I like it a lot and not being able to be in a voice call while using teamspeak won't be a problem for me, but thanks for the suggestions anyways!
