Questions about a new install - particular network

Hello!
I have install Arch from the begin, using 0.72 and have some problems
First I am using Pacman -Sy, the download is really slow!! I have speed of 300K under windows, and here it is more like 6-10 k (Very slow)
What can I do to change it?
I can't do even a basic upgrade to the system like this, I mean downloading 100 mega will take a ver long time

You can try to use another mirror:

Yeah I have tried other mirror and still
Does any one knows what can I do?!
