Random reboots mce hardware error

I am getting random reboots after 5-30 min on my system . I am getting hardware errors on different cpu cores . I have had these issues on 2 different cpus a ryzen 5 5600x. And currently i am on a ryzen 7 5700x , weirdly every 5th reboot or so the system just works , and i can use it for 6h and more .
Here are my system specifications :
cpu : AMD Ryzen 7 5700X (16) @ 4.67 GHz
gpu : NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2060 Rev. A [Discrete]
wm : hyprland
kernel : Linux 7.0.10-arch1-1
motherboard: X570-A PRO (MS-7C37)
ram : 2 sticks of 8gb each ddr4 @ 2667 MT/s

What i tried so far:
I followed the arch wiki section under ryzen random reboots .
- i disabled xmp
- i played around with the amd curve optimiser and tried different values from an offset of 2 to 12
-update amd microcode
- disabled cstates in bios and kernel boot parameters
- updated motherboard firmware

Has anyone experienced something similar and have some potential solutions ?

Re: Random reboots mce hardware error

Will it run a Live cd without issue?

Re: Random reboots mce hardware error

I have gotten reboots in the past with the old cpu on live cds. But with the new one it hasn't occured yet, i will do some testing. Also i do dual boot windows, and it runs fine.

Re: Random reboots mce hardware error

I followed the arch wiki section under ryzen random reboots .

https://wiki.archlinux.org/title/Ryzen#Troubleshooting would indeed be a perfect match here, have you tried to do apply all mitigation strategies at the same time?

i do dual boot windows

ceterum censeo, 3rd link below. Mandatory.
Disable it (it's NOT the BIOS setting!) and reboot windows and linux twice for voodo reasons.

Re: Random reboots mce hardware error

Ok, throw a live os, maybe ventoy, do a memtest and check the storage (manufacturers usually provide one) of the problem os disk, If it is a new pc I would check all the cables and reseat your memory, and ensure disks are plugged in properly. I mean if the pc runs another os okay, there is a good chance it ok, but it doesn't really prove it.
