resolution stuck at 1024x768p after installing nvidia drivers

My gpu is NVidia GeForce GTX 1080, My monitor is 1080p but its stuck on that resolution please help, even terminal says "nvidia-smi not found, it couldn't communicate with nvidia" so it doesnt work and my res is stuck

You need the 580xx drivers from the AUR
