That's THE typical Arch-answer: "search the forums ... google a little bit ...  do the same as subscribe".
I searched how to unsubscribe myself but could'nt find how to do it.

So please would you be so kind to explain me in an understandable language how I have to do it ?

Go to the exact same page you went to in order to sign up for whatever mailing list...then just enter your email address and hit the button that says unsubscribe.  Follow the prompts from there, basically exactly what phrak said.

Pretty understandable to me.  How did you subscribe? "I went to a web page and clicked a button" - try that again, except click "unsubscribe"
