Ive installed gdm.. cant make it start on boot.. ive done exactly as the wiki.
How do I even use gdm.. I mean I downloaded some themes.. then ran gdm from xterm to be able to install / chose these themes but didnt work.

ok.. ive added myself to the gdm group.. still I cant run gdmsetup.
I located gdmsetup and ran ./gdmsetup.. but it says it cant locate gdm config file..
any ideas?

I have to actuallly go in to the gdmsetup folder and run it with ./gdmsetup.. but still doesnt help..
[root@estergon sbin]# pwd
/opt/gnome/sbin
[root@estergon sbin]# ./gdmsetup
Could not access GDM configuration file.
[root@estergon sbin]# anyone...

./gdmsetupcommand while you are root.
