Arch64 Unstable Repo is live

Hi everyone,

I'm happy to announce that you can now enable the unstable repo in your pacman.conf for Arch64. Currently only xfce-svn is in the repo, but this will be updated soon to include beryl,gaim-svn and other unstable stuff.
