userui 0.7.0-1 problem

After upgrading userui-0.6.4-1 to userui-0.7.0-1, suspend2ui_text and suspend2ui_fbsplash don't work - I just get blank screen (for fbsplash there's a split second when the picture appears). Suspending itself works fine, resuming also.
A part of the log where suspend2 complains about the ui (with fbsplash):

Feb 19 17:14:32 aconarch fbsplash: console 14 using theme 'suspend2'
Feb 19 17:14:32 aconarch fbsplash: switched splash state to 'on' on console 14
Feb 19 17:14:32 aconarch fbsplash: switched splash state to 'off' on console 14
Feb 19 17:14:34 aconarch userspace ui: Failed to contact userspace process.

Downgrading to 0.6.4-1 "solved" the problem, since with that version everything works. With 0.6.4-1, the corresponding lines in the log show only first two lines (obviously), but using console 7.
Does anybody have any suggestions about what could solve the issue, or where should I look for more indications?

Re: userui 0.7.0-1 problem

Actually I have no problem with it, but I am running a suspend2-patched 2.6.20 kernel. I remember to have read in the suspend2 ml that 0.70 was a major update connected with novelties in the core of suspend2: may be it is not well compatible with 2.6.19?

Re: userui 0.7.0-1 problem

Ah yes I forgot to post, I'm running 2.6.19.beyond2, so I guess I just might have to wait until 2.6.20-beyond comes out (I don't feel like compiling a kernel myself, and I'm too much hooked up on fbsplash).

2.6.20-beyond isnt far off.

Sorry about the broken userui, I checked the changelog for breakages, but it mentioned no changes of this nature.
