2 different installed kernels appear under the same name in GRUB

During the archinstall guided installation I've selected linux and linux-lts to be installed and I've also selected GRUB as my bootloader of choice.
The installation works just fine but both kernels appear with the same name "Arch Linux" which makes it hard to differentiate them (thanks to the wiki I've learned that the sorting grub does when creating the list of kernels will always put linux-lts above linux).
I would like to change the name of the entries so they could be differentiated. I've tried modifying /etc/grub.d/10_linux and regenerating the grub.cfg to no avail, the file /etc/grub.d/10_linux seems to be ignored when running

grub-mkconfig -o /boot/grub/grub.cfg

Is this normal? If it is how do I change it? If it isn't, what did I do wrong?

What is /etc/grub.d/15_uki ?
Edit: ok, archinstall thing.
You're at best using that to list UKIs which will be labeled by /etc/os_release - what's not helpful if you've multiple kernels.
