Iris Xe FPS drops and herratic watts variations
Description of the problem:
When I play Warframe the framerate its herratic(and watts of igpu) I can describe like 60 60 60 _ 6 5 6 4 3 0 5 6 / 60 60 60 ... and the watt from intel_gpu_tools its the same line but 11-15 watts when have 60fps and 4-5w when I have 6fps. The Mhz is normal 1200 - 1400 from intel_gpu_tools
In-depth description:
During normal gameplay at around 60FPS, intel_gpu_top reports:
Render/3d busy: 100%
GPU Freq: 1200-1400 MHz
GPU Power: 11-15 W
CPU temperature: 60-70 C
FAN speed: approximately: 4300-4700 RPM
BATERY power: 13.62 V × 1.77 A ≈ 24.1 W
Performance drop at 0-6FPS:
Render/3d busy: 100%
GPU freq remains: 1200-1400 MHz
GPU power[the anormaly]: drop to 4-5 W
CPU temperature: remains below 70 C
BATERY power: 14.05 V × 0.661 A ≈ 9.3 W
After 6-20secs the GPU Power returns to around 11-15 W and FPS return to 60 FPS but It's an infinite loop.

Info about Warframe:
It are running with directx11
I use Proton-GE Proton 11 and Proton 10-4 they dont solve
I use Steam and Lutris for run
Resolution 1240x720 low
vsync yes, and I try disable it and they dont solve
The problem is only with warframe? Probably not. But I dont have another game
Thinks I do for solve:
Read the wikis of gaming, laptop, power managament
and do the things they say
Read the proton log, read journalctl -f
Change proton version
Reinstall the game
Install the game on lutris
Read protondb solutions
