$DBUS_SESSION_BUS_ADDRESS is never set up right after installation.

I have installed arch for multiple times and most of the time its is relatively and easy.

I am confident that I did not miss things up according to the wiki however every time I have installed arch 1 problem is always there when I want to set my audio up $DBUS_SESSION_BUS_ADDRESS is not set up correctly.
when ever I try to setup my audio I cannot start a system unit using systemctl start --user and at the root of the problem I find that /run/user/1000/bus doesnt exist.

I have looked into my installation of dwm and I did not mess that up according to anything I saw,
I have looked into setting it manually using .bashrc and .bash_profile not only did this not work I dont know if it is safe and or reliable,
I have checked wither something was supposed to be add in the .xinitrc and have not found a thing,
I have tried solutions found in older forums and that bore no results.
I thought about the way I add users is wrong and that was done according to the wiki.

I actually have no clue.
as I said this happens every time and when it happens I waste so much time trying a lot of things and it just happens to work after I dont try anything and reboot.

I dont know what may help diagnose the problem so saying that $XDG_RUNTIME_DIR is set correctly is about the most relevant thing I could think of.

I use
arch 6.18.64-1-lts
dwm which I run using startx (.xinitrc only has exec dwm)
I dont have a display manager I run startx from tty
