the crashes are absolutely random, they can not happen for hours or days or happen very often. I have no idea what exactly causes them because i did not find anything meaningful on the internet because everything i seen calls it a completely random crash and not in correlation with something or in correlation with something completely different, because it is too random i can not be sure that a fix has worked or not for either few hours or multiple weeks. they also never occur in tasks that demand a lot of computing (like compilation and more cpu heavy games)
MemTest86+ passed with 0 errors
the crash looks like a power loss, screen turns dark, and after a few seconds it boots with this message before others

Try a UEFI update first, but yes power management issues on certain Ryzen CPUs are sadly somewhat notorious, and the fixes suggested on that link especially regarding the max_cstate has often been reported as a remedy so you can definitely try that, see https://wiki.archlinux.org/title/Ryzen#Random_reboots as well.

i updated bios to latest version and added the cstate parameter to my grub, the bios update incinerated my grub but it was an easy fix, ill wait like a month before posting any statement on whether it did or not fix the problem

You're certain the params have applied?
cat /proc/cmdline, do you have CPU/RAM overclocks (XMP/DOCP counts as well) and if so can you reduce this to stock, can you stably run a memtest over night/a cpu stress test or so? If you're very unlucky you have actual hw issues

You probably need to disable USB autosuspend or (less severe) disable power management on every "Marketing Codename USB 3.x Host Controller", which in your case seems to be just one:

And AMD says it's fixed in their latest AGESA FW, but not all board vendors got the memo I guess. Keep watching for UEFI updates.

Reset your UEFI to defaults and run JEDEC spec on RAM. It's useful to know if the error persists in non-overclocked state.

Does your BIOS allow PBO control (curve optimizer)?
This should be your first step.
Then disable XMP, ASPM, APST (though there doesn't seem to be an nvme? Also no APU?) limit the cstate to 1 ( https://gist.github.com/eliottness/ded6 … 0c7a28#fix has most of those, you didn't disable ASPM or APST
If that also doesn't help, remove one of the DIMMS (though the RAM seems stable enough in synthetic tests so it's likely the CPU)

I've seen a failures that present similar to this on AM4 several times before, the overclock ends up cooking the IO die. I've also seen one guy get the computer to run stable by lowering RAM clocks and running the CPU at more stock adjacent settings, but it seems highly likely the CPU is a goner. Giving the CPU more voltage at lower clocks or making the CPU only run at 1 specific clock speed at all times could also help I suppose. It's at least worth testing.
