I am starting to some recording on my Arch Linux box and I installed linux-rt kernel next to the standard kernel (linux). I don't see the new kernel in my boot entries when I reboot. I am using systemd-boot as my boot loader. What am I missing?

Perhaps you are missing a loader configuration file? https://wiki.archlinux.org/title/System … ng_loaders

Yes, it seems that way. I was under the assumption that systemd-boot would automatically be adding new entries, so I thought I did something wrong.

I added the loader configuration file manually but I get a kernel panic (blue screen) halfway through the boot process when I boot linux-rt. So clearly I overlooked something somewhere.
