Hey y'all.
Sorry in advance for my lack of knowledge. I just updated my system with "sudo pacman -Syu" and "sudo pacman -S mesa" in attempt to fix what I assumed to be a graphics driver issue. However, upon trying to reboot the computer I kept getting stuck on a black screen with nothing but a cursor instead of a login page. I know there are easier ways to fix this than just wholly reinstalling Arch and everything(I don't have anything of worth that I can't reinstall), however I am not sure how to open any sort of terminal from here. Any advice?

according to your previous posts you have an amd gpu, have you seen this thread:
https://bbs.archlinux.org/viewtopic.php?id=314887
its supposed to be fixed now but try downgrading "linux-firmware-amdgpu" and see if that fixes it

Update. I've managed to open the terminal. Still unsure how to check what exactly the issue is. Will update if I figure out more.
