Your EFI system partition partition is running out of disk space; 3 MiB of space remaining (4%).
How to cleanup ? Very strange info I use archlinux many years and I never have this info.

How to cleanup ?
What size is the partition?
Check what is taking up the space first:
$ find /esp -mount -type f -print0 | xargs -r0 du -sk | sort -rn(Change /esp to your actual ESP mount point).
UPD: Given "3 MiB of space remaining (4%)", partition size is about 75 Mib. It may be enough if you have single uki image or kernel/initramfs pair there, but in general it's too small indeed.

You may also want to include the output of good old "cat /proc/partitions" and you may want to take a look with parted, gparted, gdisk or fdisk or the like and see what if any free space you have remaining on that drive. If you have some free space on the drive, you may be able to grow (or delete/recreate) your ESP partition to gain the space you need.
I recently moved an Arch / on a spinning RAID array from booting MBR to a NVME that had to boot UEFI manually creating the partitions on the NVME, including the ESP, so you have the ability to manually work with the ESP partition -- as long as you have space to work with.
If you can post the information about the disk you have to work with, I, or somebody smarter, can likely help with specific options available to you. Good luck either way.
