Can't access archlinux.org from Turkey?

As the title suggests, I can't access that site, but forums and wiki works. When I use a VPN to switch to, for example, Latvia, I can access the site. I am getting PR_END_OF_FILE_ERROR from Firefox.

During the DDoS attacks to the site in the beginning of this year, I was mistakenly banned from the site, but at that time I was just getting stuck on infinite loading periods, not this specific error.

(I know this section is related to forum and wiki only, but I couldn't find another relevant section so I posted here, sorry...)

Could you forward your public ip to accountsupport@archlinux.org?

Have you checked whether a VPN exit node from Turkey is allowed?

I have sent my IP to that e-mail.

None of my VPNs has an exit node from Turkey available for free. They all request premium payment for that.
